Has this happened to you? You're in the zone, no missed shifts, perfect entry, apex and exit- about to go FLAT OUT when an overbooked track murders the climax of your racing experience. Before we founded FLAT OUT MOTORSPORTS, there were too many times when this was the case. Perfectly good driving days ruined by the overall approach to the track experience. We are confident that our ENTHUSIAST-CENTRIC MODEL, focus on SAFETY, WORLD CLASS DRIVING package and emphasis on AFFORDABLE QUALITY, give you the track experience that you deserve. We are also strong believers in the power of the automotive community, which allows us to connect you with some of the best tuning houses and other enthusiasts who share your love for amateur high performance driving. We believe that everyone should be able to run FLAT OUT and have an absolute blast on the track. We believe that this can be accomplished without jeopardizing you or your ride. Tracking is inherently dangerous but that does not mean it has to be reckless. At our events, group size and skill levels are tightly controlled to ensure that each driver can go FLAT OUT, have fun and return home after the day is done.

We operate primarily out of the Southeastern part of the country, which almost guarantees awesome driving conditions – year round! Not to mention, we have also aligned our events with some of the South East's most challenging courses, which ensures every driver will leave feeling satisfied and engaged.

After participating in several events where the "bang for the buck" was virtually nonexistent, we at FOM have committed to creating value for our participants. Not only are our events appropriately sized to give you the best possible track interaction, our pricing and dedication to customer satisfaction ensures that you get the highest quality experience!

SCHEDULE

CECF Charity Tracks Days at Daytona International Speedway Sponsored by Flat Out Motorsports

Drive your car on the one the most famous race track in the world! For two days, legendary Daytona International Speedway will be ours. We will have the FULL Rolex 24 hour road course (3.56 miles), and all cars are welcome! THIS IS A CHARITY EVENT and all payments and proceeds are going DIRECTLY to the charity not Flat Out Motorsports. We are simply sponsoring the track portion of this great event.

There will be 3 run groups for this event and one of those run groups is dedicated to Ferrari Challenge cars as there will be a challenge car race. The other two groups will be for all other cars and will be split up based on driver experience and car performance potential . Each run group will get four 30 min. sessions per day. If you are planning on running One Lap of America this is your only opportunity to get out on the track and do some testing before the OLOA event. Cost for this event is $795 for 2 days and $495 for one day. REMEMBER all payments are going DIRECTLY to charity.

All cars will go through tech inspection done by Ferrari of Central FL. Please have fresh brake fluid and pads on for this event as this is the fastest track in the country. Newer tires are also extremely important, the right rear tire takes the most abuse at this track. SA2005 helmet, long sleeves and long pants are required for this event! No M-Class helmets will be allowed, no exceptions.

This is a great opportunity to drive on a world class track at a time of the year it is not usually available to the public and the best part is it's all for charity.

We have gotten a group rate of $59/night at the Quality Inn Daytona Speedway located directly across the street from the race track. Roebling Road

2 days on Roebling Raceway only with only 60 cars total. Roebling is 2.02 miles long and has a 103db sound limit. The fee for an entire weekend of track time is $299 per driver. We will be running 4 run groups which means only 15 cars on the track @ a time. Lots of open space and fast laps @ Roebling which is rare. This event WILL sell out so make sure to register ASAP when registration opens. This event will NOT have a student run group. All solo qualified drivers broken into run groups based on experience and car.

We will provide a full refund of your registration if you cancel on or before April 18th. If you cancel after this date please refer to the cancellation policy in the Event Information section.

EVENT INFORMATION

Registration

The fee for a track event will vary depending on the track but is usually in the $150-$275/day range. Flat Out Motorsports does NOT charge a annual membership fee to attend any of our events. We welcome all experienced drivers to come and drive Flat Out with us and get out of the traffic jams you might experience at other events.

Car Numbers

Don't worry about purchasing numbers or taping up your car with blue painters tape when attending one of our events. We provide professional number plates for your vehicle @ all of our events. All cars are required to run the number plates provided.

Cancellations

If you cancel for an event more than 30 days out you will receive a FULL refund. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before an event you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days of an event you will forfeit ALL registration fees for the event. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Car Sharing

Co-Drivers are allowed and welcome. A second driver can be added to your registration for an additional $100 per event. You and your co driver MUST share your car in the same run group. Two drivers sharing a car in different run groups require 2 separate registrations.

Additional Cars

You may bring a second car to any of our events and swap cars throughout the weekend for a $50 fee. You will still only be allowed to run in your assigned run group. If you wish to run two cars in two different run groups you will be required to purchase two separate registrations.

Passengers

If the track permits we allow passengers at our events. Passenger wristbands can be purchased at the track for $20 and allow you to ride with any of our solo qualified drivers. All passengers must be 18 years old. Passengers will be required to meet the same safety requirments as drivers.

Event Format and Run Groups

We typically run 4 run groups at our events with each group typically getting 100 minutes of track time PER day. The 4 run groups will be broken down by experience and will be strictly limited in size depending on the track where the event is being held. Smaller tracks mean smaller groups and less total cars. Our goal is to provide you with quality track time and little traffic. We want you to be able to drive Flat Out as long as you do it safely.

ALL run groups REQUIRE a point by for passing. The passing zones for each group will be outlined in the drivers meetings at each track. There is NO racing in ANY run group at ANY event.
